RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your sureshbeauty.com purchase, you may return the unused portion with original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your account for the full purchase price or offer you a replacement product. Returns and exchanges will not be honored after the 14 day period. We will not refund shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on product returns and exchanges. Only items purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged. If you purchased a Suresh Beauty product through an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy. ORDER PROCESSING • All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends). • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). • We currently ship only within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. SHIPPING METHODS • Standard Shipping: order delivery within 2-7 business days from ship date using USPS. Please note that we currently do not provide Express Shipping. Shipping and Handling Charges per Order: Order Total: $0.01 - $50.00 --- Shipping Cost: $4.75 Order Total: $50.01 and over --- Shipping Cost: Free BACKORDERS AND DELAYS If products from your order are out-of-stock, you will be notified of this immediately. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped. The remainder of your order will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent. ORDER STATUS INQUIRIES Please direct all inquiries regarding order status to: orders@sureshbeauty.com. Please include all relevant order information for quick processing. CHANGING YOUR ORDER All orders you place on sureshbeauty.com are final and cannot be changed. COLOR ON THE WEB Personal settings on individual monitors can influence the colors you see on sureshbeauty.com. It is possible that you will not be viewing the true color of our products. We have optimized all of our images to look their best on a variety of different monitors, platforms, and browsers. |
